Position: Dr. Huberty is looking for an executive assistant to support her company, Fit Minded Inc.  This position is an excellent fit for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solvers.  You will work closely with Dr. Huberty and her team in proactively managing and coordinating schedules, internal & external meetings, and travel. You will work both under specific direction and independently to fulfill and anticipate scheduling needs for Dr. Huberty and personnel. You will also be responsible for managing a company-wide to-do list, social-media accounts/posts, executing contracts, tracking client/project status, mapping out project timelines, and monitoring time usage (e.g.,  across companies).

Candidates: You are someone who is passionate, has a desire to learn, is organized, pays attention to detail, has innovative ideas  and is able to solve problems.  You are courageous, curious, accepting, and strong. You are not afraid to ask questions or solve problems and are able to make decisions after doing your due diligence. You understand that there is a balance between moving fast and slowing down to ensure quality. 

Qualifications: The candidate must have 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant for a company (prefer digital health and/or mental health). The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should have advanced skills in Google Suite and other software that helps companies stay organized (e.g.,. Asana, Toggl, Click-Up, Notion). The candidate is familiar with managing many calendars at one time, answering professional emails, making travel arrangements, managing contracts, navigating social media, and conducting searches for documents as needed. The candidate has strong project management, time management and prioritization skills, with an exceptional attention to detail.

Position: Dr. Huberty is looking for a postdoctoral fellow to come work with her at her company, Fit Minded, Inc. This position is an excellent fit for candidates from academia looking to move to industry. You will work closely with and be mentored by Dr. Huberty both behind the scenes and directly with digital health companies. The position provides the opportunity to learn how to navigate science in industry with  a number of digital health startups and includes conducting needs assessments, developing roadmaps, designing and implementing research studies, analyzing and writing data for publications, writing grants for companies, working cross functionally with marketing and product development, developing partnerships for companies and networking in industry. The postdoctoral fellow may also work with other industry scientists that are employed by the companies in which Dr. Huberty consults.

Candidates: You are someone who is passionate about science and you have a desire to learn about applying science to business. You are courageous, curious, accepting, and strong. You are not afraid to ask questions or solve problems and are able to make decisions after doing your due diligence. Qualifications: You have a PhD in social or behavioral sciences, clinical psychology, public health or related fields. You have experience in digital health/technology and behavior change and are interested in both mental and physical health. You are beginning to establish yourself as a scientist and actively publishing papers and have dabbled (at least) in NIH grant writing. You also feel very confident in your ability to conduct quantitative analysis such as longitudinal analysis and panel regression using R or similar software.
